I/O.net Trade Show Booth // Dubai-Singapore
For I/O.net, I worked with the creative team at PHNTM to develop a complex trade show booth which implemented a cluster of high end computers to create content in real time on a central monolith using a custom Stable Diffusion setup, while the overall media system had touch and clicker based triggerable sequences which brand ambassadors could use to help them communicate. The total of 13 displays were sequenced with up to date infographics, which I accomplished by automating Adobe After Effects with a script. This way we could work with our partner motion graphics designers without putting stress on their workflows. Additionally, I implemented a countdown timer which periodically displayed across all displays. The trade show booth worked as a single cohesive media system to maintain variation and movement of visuals across the structure over time.
The artwork which displayed on the central monolith and sometimes on the outer LED walls was created in real time using a custom Stable Diffusion implementation. I was given a sample of artworks to imitate, and created embeddings and LORAs which allowed me to closely mimic the style given by the client. These parameters were tuned to create variation but also to generate high quality AI generated visuals in real time, with failsafes to maintain system stability despite the constant heavy load. I had to pay close attention to details when tuning these image generation systems, in order to match the client’s sample artwork. I also implemented a sophisticated real time previsualization system which allowed for extremely tight feedback loops with the client’s creative team.
